Sasha Distel French Pop Singer Old Official Hand Signed Autograph Photo

PFAS163  A vintage old hand signed photo of French singer Sacha Distel which this (on reverse) advertised his double cassette being released and of his 45 concert live tours (so a really early official souvenir) - just one place to allow (small corner) and a little corner fraying otherwise excellent condition - He has personally autographed the souvenir where his signature rests perfectly accompanying his portrait and undedicated too. Sacha Distel (1933–2004) was a world-famous French singer, jazz guitarist, and actor. He became one of France’s most beloved musical exports and a massive star in the UK and across Europe. He transitioned into singing and achieved massive international success. English-speaking audiences know him best for his 1970 cover version of "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head", which reached number 2 in the UK charts, and his self-penned hit "The Good Life" (originally "La Belle Vie"), which famously became a signature song for Tony Bennett. Renowned for his smooth voice, charm, and good looks, he became the epitome of the French "chansonnier" or crooner. He hosted his own highly successful variety shows on television both in France and on the BBC in the UK during the 1970s.
