PROCESSING - As soon as your order is placed you will receive notifications and updates advising you of your order status throughout.  On its arrival to our offices the order will be processed immediately, it will then be passed to our dispatch centre to arrange to be carefully picked and securely packaged, and then posted by the fastest domestic and international services possible. You will receive email updates & notifications throughout the process, and we will ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING RATES - We aim to offer highly competitive domestic & international shipping rates which will be displayed prior to you placing your order at checkout.  Higher value orders we ask sent tracked & signed to protect our customers which a nominal fee is added for this service and will be displayed prior to checkout. We reward the purchase of multiple items by giving all customers free postage on any additional selections.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS - We ship to all countries worldwide but please be aware customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY - All our items are fully guaranteed and covered by our returns policy where you can return the goods within 14 days for a full refund.
