Robert Young Pop Tenor Singer Signed Photo & Hand Written Fan Club Letter

CHAU4765  A vintage large 8"x 6" hand signed old fan club photo for Robert Young historic singer and personally autographed by Robert Young where  his signature rests in blue biro perfectly below his portrait - some fairly small handling very occasional and whilst mostly otherwise great overall graded vg - on reverse is a fully hand written letter by Robert Young to the fan (see image 2) placed on the reverse of the photo with his official Fan Club stamp above the letter for the ultimate in lifetime COA and surely the best Robert Young autograph opportunity of it kind.

Born in Newcastle upon Tyne on January 8, 1935, Robert Young was a popular tenor pop singer who reached the height of his career in the 1970s.  He was awarded "Most Outstanding Male Vocal Act" in 1971 by The Stage and Television Today. He was also the first British singer invited to perform in the Soviet Union (1975).  His discography includes LPs with CBS,A Portrait of Robert Young (1971), Love Remembers (1972), and Songs That Live Forever (1973). He passed away with dementia in 2011.
