Reginald Rose Twelve Angry Men The Defenders Hand Signed Photo Page & More

CHAU5270    A specialist opportunity to secure this original vintage early hand signed 8" x 6" theatre page for much loved and remembered American screenwriter Reginald Rose who has personally autographed the souvenir where his signature rests perfectly accompanying his photo in mint condition.  On the reverse is two further signings (Kevin Whately & Timothy West - please see image 2). Reginald Rose's signature is extremely scarce (there is another listing at over £400) and his autograph I have secured is undedicated too.

Reginald Rose was an influential American screenwriter and playwright who became a defining voice of the "Golden Age" of television through his realistic approach to complex social issues. His crowing achievement is the masterpiece Twelve Angry Men, which transitioned from a live 1954 teleplay into a legendary, Oscar-nominated 1957 feature film that remains a definitive cinematic exploration of prejudice and the American justice system. He further cemented his legacy by creating the multi-Emmy-winning legal drama series The Defenders, which broke ground by using a courtroom setting to tackle highly controversial civil liberties topics.
