Reginald Redson BBC Head Of 1940s Music Hand Signed Letter

CHAU4771 A rare opportunity to secure this letter from Reginald Redson who was the BBC Head Of Music on this antique 1948 letter specially typed sent on headed BBC paper by his secretary to a music lover who had requested to send Reginald Redson scores to consider of his private compositions but he has had to refuse them because his orchestra were finishing due to the end of season.  It is hand signed by his personal secretary and bar folded once where posted is absolute mint condition.

Reginald Redman (1892–1972). He served as the Head of Music for the BBC's West of England region (based in Bristol) and was the conductor of the BBC Westcountry Studio Orchestra (also known as the West Region Studio Orchestra) throughout the 1940s.
