CHAU4968  A large 9" x 7" antique newspaper full page photo for Nat Lofthouse historic England and Bolton Wanderers star in the 1940s and 1950s FULLY hand signed by his FAMILY children (Jeffrey and Vivien) when they were really young at the time he had announced his retirement from football (see scan) with all the signings undedicated and bar centrally folded where originally posted (which is how I will send) this is mint condition.

Nat Lofthouse was a legendary English centre-forward who spent his entire professional playing career with Bolton Wanderers between 1946 and 1960, scoring a club-record 255 league goals and famously captaining them to victory in the 1958 FA Cup Final where he scored twice against Manchester United. Renowned for his immense physical strength, bravery, and powerful shooting, he earned the iconic nickname the "Lion of Vienna" after scoring a heroic, injury-defying goal for England against Austria in 1952. He retired in 1960 with a phenomenal international record of 30 goals in just 33 appearances, later serving Bolton as manager, chief scout, and club president
