Mark Thomas McNally (born 20 July 1989) is a British former professional road and track racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2018 for four different professional teams. ark McNally's road racing career featured several standout performances in stage races and one-day events, particularly in European circuits. In 2011, he secured his most prominent stage race victory by winning the overall general classification at the Mi-AoÔøΩt en Bretagne where he also claimed second place on stage 2.

McNally excelled in supplementary classifications during the Tour of Britain, a key British stage race. He captured the mountains classification in 2014, amassing points through aggressive breakaways on hilly terrain while riding for An Post-Chainreaction.  In 2017, with Wanty-Groupe Gobert, he won the sprints classification, demonstrating his speed in intermediate battles across the eight-stage event. He also finished second on stage 7 of the 2018 Tour of Britain. Among one-day races, McNally notched key victories in Belgian classics. He triumphed in the 2012 Grote Prijs Beeckman-De CaluwÔøΩ, outsprinting the field in Ninove to claim the elite men's title.  In 2015, he won the GP Lucien Van Impe in Erpe-Mere and placed third at the Grote Prijs Jef Scherens. In domestic competitions, McNally achieved fifth overall in the 2015 Tour of the Reservoir, a two-stage British race, contributing to Madison Genesis's strong showing. He also placed fourth in the 2016 British National Road Race Championships, racing aggressively on the undulating course in Wiltshire. Throughout his career, McNally participated in major events such as multiple editions of the Tour of Britain and European classics like Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Gent-Wevelgem, focusing on consistent top-10 finishes rather than podiums in WorldTour-level race..."
