Jimmy Paulette LGBT Beauty Queen Motorbike Aids Nan Goldin New York Postcard

ABIZAHOP02 -  This is a stunning rare collectors opportunity to secure this original undated but modern origin VA& Museum photo souvenir by historic photographer Nan Goldin of this 1991 dated photo called Jimmy Paulette On David's Bike New York City capturing the prominent drag queen Jimmy Paulette riding on the back of a bicycle with full details of the souvenir and its history on reverse and the V&A official museum logo too unused and mint condition.

Goldin captured this image during the height of the devastating HIV/AIDS epidemic in New York City, which claimed the lives of a vast number of the friends she spent the 1970s and 80s documenting. Within the V&A’s collection, this photograph acts as a vital historical record—a monument of resilience and a remembrance of a community fiercely living, loving, and surviving in the open
