(she has also signed the reverse to the fan too by hand however it has a very slight smudge - but a great bonus hand signing too).
Jilly Carter started out with TSW (Television South West), then she stepped into the national spotlight in 1989 as a regular news presenter on BBC Breakfast Time. She also worked as a relief newsreader for hourly BBC news summaries. She later transitioned to ITN, where she anchored overnight bulletins and read the news for the short-lived Channel Four Daily breakfast programme
