James Cecil Marquess Salisbury Lord Chelsea Victorian Military Hand Signed Letter

CHAU4761  I can only relay what I am seeing - This is a double sided 8" x 6" letter fully hand written by James Gascoyne Cecil the 2nd Marquess of Salisbury. But what makes this so collectible is the content of the letter indicates this linked to military communication as it reads Colonel (see scan) and Lord Chelsea (again please enlarge and view both sides fully scanned in high definition for your full examination) - Please note this has some ageing and this is pronounced to its borders are but there is no damage or handling bar where heavily folded twice from years ago.  Condition is as above.  A historian can surely reap great rewards by researching the recipient, the people in the letter and its content to history. This has come from a Victorian hand signed collection and please view all our other items from this same former owner.
