Jacques Richard French Diplomat Politics African Malagasy Hand Signed Autograph

CHAU4968  A rare vintage autographed official headed paper Christmas card from historic French diplomat for African and Malagasay affairs Jacques Richard . He has personally signed the card which he had the inside of the greetings card specially printed with his  address headed paper he would send to other leading politicians. It is eight pages as the inner pages are separate so can be removed should you choose. It is accompanied by a message from Jacques Richard that I cant translate and personally signed. This is today a very rare signature to find and you will never get better COA than on the official printed headed paper of his official offices of the era.  It is pristine condition.
