".. .Richard Handley (born 1 September 1990) is a British former professional road and track racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2010 and 2019.  He began his professional career with Team Raleigh in 2010 and 2011 before progressing to Rapha CondorSharp in 2012. He achieved international recognition with a breakout victory in stage two of the 2014 Tour of Korea, where he outsprinted a breakaway group to claim the win and seize the overall race lead. Earlier in his career, Handley demonstrated his sprinting prowess by winning the 2013 Clayton Velo Spring Classic, holding off competitors like Ryan Mullen in a tight finish.

Later in his tenure, Handley joined One Pro Cycling in 2016 and Madison Genesis in 2017, where he excelled as a versatile all-rounder capable of climbing, criterium racing, and time trials.
