Farnham Park Rehabilitation Centre Surrey From Inmate Postcard

bg402  A vintage real photo postcard from 1961 of the Farnham Park Rehabilitation Centre - it shows the centre and grounds of this famous building from nearly 60 years ago - please note this has top border small thumb indent and a very small hole perhaps where the inmate had the card from filed before writing.

And yes.. this postcard is sent from an inmate (if thats the right word) from inside the rehabilitation centre, he reports how he feels he is improving, describes it not as a rehabilitation centre but "more of a holiday camp", he talks of his work grades he is in, the workshops and gym and pool he is using etc.  This is already a scarce real photo postcard but to have this message on reverse makes it surely the best souvenir of the Rehabilitation Centre you will secure.
