Following her departure from the hospital wards, she expanded her soap credentials by joining the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks as the character Lydia Smith. Outside of continuing television drama, she has appeared in films like Spice World and has actively toured on stage, including starring roles in the 70th-anniversary touring production of Agatha Christie's The Mousetrap.
