Brigit Forsyth Of The Likely Lads Old BBC TV Show Hand Signed Benham FDC

STB043 This is stunning Benham collectors official limited Occasions first day cover hand signed by historic actress Brigit Forsyth where the signature rests perfectly accompanying the special hand commemorative franks. This comes with full lifetime COA as the signing has been officially certified by the publishers with full hallmarking and authenticity hand numbered from the series on reverse in mint condition. You wont source better. (Brigit's signature is on signed photos but rarely on official first day covers with some sellers asking three figure sums for these- it is very modestly priced and pristine with full handmarkings from the limited edition and publisher COA authentification on reverse).

Brigit Forsyth played Thelma Chambers, the straight-laced and sharp-tongued fiancée—and later wife—of Bob Ferris. She served as the show's main comedic foil, constantly trying to steer Bob toward respectable middle-class life while fiercely disapproving of his lazy, bad-influence best friend, Terry. Beyond her iconic role in The Likely Lads, Brigit Forsyth enjoyed a prolific six-decade career across British television and stage, which included starring in the popular BBC sitcom Playing the Field, appearing in Still Open All Hours, and receiving critical acclaim for her extensive theatrical work with the Royal Shakespeare Company and West End productions.
