Book Soup Book Store Shop Hollywood California of David Bowie Bob Dylan Postcard

ABIZTIMYB04x  This is a beautiful modern & specialist postcard of this unique famous California bookstore being one of the most famous bookstores in the world which this collectors postcard is unused and truly prestine condition. Guarded externally by two golden dog sculptures, the interior goat-trail walkways have been navigated by absolute cultural icons like David Bowie and Bob Dylan, though the shop maintains strict legendary rules behind the counter—such as a permanent lifetime ban on actress Faye Dunaway after she cursed out a cashier

The shop is famous for its wild history of brilliant publicity stunts, which include writing a public "ransom note" to the Los Angeles Times to protect free speech during the Salman Rushdie controversy and famously hiring fake protesters to picket the store during a Paris Hilton book signing.
