CHAU4772 A rare opportunity to secure this vintage 1942 BBC letter from Basil Douglas (1914 – 25 October 1992) who was a Scottish music administrator and agent. From 1936 to 1951 Douglas was a member of the BBC music staff and originated the popular series Music in Miniature. The letter is from a listener who had included his private music scores to Basil Douglas to include on his radio shows and Basil Douglas rejection (please enlarge scan to read its fascinating contents for your full examination) and it is in mint condition.
