ABIZTIMYBS02x   This is a stunning specialist collectors modern origin real photo postcard of Albertine Book Store in New York being one of the only USA stores of its kind to feature just French and English literature from history showing its amazing decorative & character interior when published including its famous astrological ceiling unused and mint.

The shop's grandest visual marvel is its second-floor reading room, which features a breathtaking, hand-painted celestial ceiling of gold-leaf stars and constellations modeled directly after a 19th-century German music room. Operated by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy, the bookstore acts as a literal diplomatic bridge where visitors must pass through a security entrance checkpoint to browse over 14,000 titles beneath a replica of a sculpture attributed to Michelangelo.
