"....David Millar (born 1977) is a Scottish retired professional road racing cyclist. He rode for Cofidis from 1997 to 2004 and GarminSharp from 2008 to 2014. He has won four stages of the Tour de France, five of the Vuelta a EspaÔøΩa and one stage of the Giro d'Italia. He was the British national road champion and the national time trial champion both in 2007.   David has won two world time trial silver medals and time trial gold and road race bronze at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. He was captain of the team that helped Mark Cavendish win world road race gold in 2011. David Millar is the only British rider to have worn all four jerseys during the Tour de France and all three of the leaders jerseys in the Grand Tours..."
