Her here uses this as an opportunity to register with Edward Heath his dissatisfaction with post war medical procedures for recruitment.  It is three pages rich with content about these procedures and all about the Central Medical Committee of the late 1950s and whilst folded where posted, and some places to allow it is very good condition (please see all scans).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eThis came from the private collection from the estate of Doctor Elston Grey-Turner CBE MC TD (16 August 1916  20 January 1984) who was a British medical doctor who served in World War II and was on the staff of the British Medical Association for many years. He joined the Royal Army Medical Corps and served as regimental medical officer to the 2nd Battalion of the Coldstream Guards 19421945. He was awarded the Territorial Decoration, and also the Military Cross.\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUda Walawwe Bernard Herbert Aluwihare\u003c\/strong\u003e also known as Bernard Aluwihare was a Sri Lankan lawyer and politician who served in both the State Council of Ceylon and Parliament of Sri Lanka.
